Mason Rad / RETA offers recurring promotional text messages about property listings, market updates and AI-assisted real estate guidance for buyers, sellers and agents.
Optional participation. SMS consent is separate from our business services. You may leave the phone field blank, leave the SMS checkbox unchecked, or use the skip link. Consent is not a condition of purchasing property, goods, or services. Provide only a mobile number you own or are authorized to use.
Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Delivery. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Read the Privacy Policy.
Enrollment status. Online SMS enrollment is currently unavailable. The SMS preference page does not submit or save information or create subscriptions.
